Agent sharing, history, and collaboration
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Airspeed keeps a record of agent runs so you can revisit outputs, continue conversations, and share useful results with teammates.
Collaboration Space
Open Agents → Home to use the Collaboration Space. This page has an Ask Airspeed prompt for one-time queries, suggestion chips to get started, and an activity feed of recent agent work.
Run a one-time query
Go to Agents → Home.
Type your question in the prompt box.
Use suggestion chips if you want a starting point.
Submit the prompt.
One-time queries are useful when you want analysis now but do not need to save a recurring workflow.
Agent history
Saved agents keep a history of their runs. To view it:
Go to Agents → Command Center.
Open a live or on-demand agent.
Select a previous run from the history.
History shows what ran, when it ran, and what the agent returned.
Continue a conversation
Open an agent run from history to continue asking follow-up questions. This is useful when the original run produced a summary and you want to dig into a specific deal, account, objection, risk, or recommendation.
Share an agent run
When an agent output is useful for someone else, share the run. The recipient can view the shared output, continue the conversation if they have access, or save the workflow as an agent.
Save a shared run as an agent
Open the shared agent run link.
Click Save as agent.
Review the generated title and prompt.
Choose a trigger and output configuration.
Test and save the agent.
Best practices for collaboration
Share strong examples. If an output is useful, share it and turn it into a reusable template.
Add context in follow-ups. Ask the agent to focus on a specific account, segment, objection, or time period.
Use channels for team workflows. For recurring reports, send generalized output to the Slack channel where the team already works.
Use individual output for personal workflows. For rep-specific coaching, deal alerts, or call follow-ups, send output directly to each user.
Troubleshooting
The share link is no longer available
The shared run may have been removed, expired, or become inaccessible. Ask the sender to share it again.
I cannot continue the conversation
You may not have access to the underlying data or the shared run may be read-only. Ask the sender or an admin to confirm access.
I cannot find an old run
Open the saved agent's history from Command Center. For one-time queries, check the relevant agent conversation history.
