How to hide the note taker in video calls

When using our note taker in video calls, you can hide the bot's empty video tile to maximize your screen space. The process differs depending on your video conferencing platform.

Google Meet

  1. Click the three dots menu at the bottom of your screen

  2. Select "Change layout"

  3. Enable "Hide tiles without video"

Zoom

  1. Click the "View" button in the top right corner

  2. Select "Hide non-video participants"

This will hide the note taker's empty video tile while still allowing it to capture notes from your meeting.
