Does Glyphic use my data to train models?

Glyphic does not use customer data (including emails, transcripts, or CRM entries) to train any models that benefit other customers.

All processing is done solely to provide the service to your organization.

Our Data Processing Agreement already enforces this:

• We are classified as a CCPA Service Provider, which legally prohibits us from using any customer data to train shared or global models.

• The DPA states we will only process Customer Personal Data as necessary to provide the service, and not for any secondary purpose.

• Nowhere in the DPA is there permission for model-training or data reuse across tenants.
