Aircall Integration

Glyphic can ingest phone calls recorded via Aircall. Once connected, your Aircall calls are processed in Glyphic the same way as any other call — with summaries, insights, scorecards, and tasks.

In order to connect Aircall to Glyphic, go to Settings → Organizational and select Aircall under “call recorder”. In the process, you need to select the phone numbers which Glyphic will have access to:
