Outreach Integration

Glyphic can ingest phone calls recorded via Outreach. Once connected, your Outreach calls are processed in Glyphic the same way as any other call — with summaries, insights, scorecards, and tasks.

In order to connect Outreach to Glyphic, go to Settings → Organizational and select Outreach under “Call recorder”.
