How can I manually upload a call?

Glyphic allows you to manually upload a video or audio file to be processed in Glyphic.

To manually upload a call, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Calls page

2. Click the Upload call button in the top right corner of the page

   

3. Select your audio or video file to upload for processing, and add the meeting title and time

Note, manually uploaded files lack metadata on participant names, emails, and speakers which may reduce the quality of the transcript and analysis produced.

After your upload has been processed, you may update the names and emails of participants using the Edit call participants button.
