The Schedule Page

Last updated: April 19, 2026

The Schedule page (Schedule in the left navigation, app.glyphic.ai/schedule) shows the upcoming meetings on your connected calendar and lets you control whether the Glyphic Copilot will join each one. It's also where you send the Copilot to ad-hoc meetings that aren't on your calendar yet.

What you'll see

Your upcoming meetings, grouped by day, within a week-by-week view (on desktop) or as a single chronological list (on mobile). Use the chevrons next to the date range to step between weeks that contain meetings.

Each meeting card shows the time, title, organizer, and participants, plus the per-meeting recording toggle and any current recording status.

If you haven't connected your calendar yet, the page prompts you to do so under Settings → Personal → Calendar integration. See Calendar Integration.

The recording toggle

Every future meeting has a green/red dot showing whether the Glyphic Copilot will join. Click it to flip the decision for that meeting.

  • Green dot — the Copilot will record this meeting based on your recording preferences.
  • Red dot — the Copilot will not join this meeting, even if your default preferences would have it join.
  • Greyed-out toggle — the meeting doesn't have a usable conferencing link (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex). Add a meeting URL to the calendar event and the toggle will activate. The tooltip will tell you so.

Once a meeting is in progress, the toggle disappears — for live meetings, use the Send copilot / Remove copilot controls below instead.

Per-meeting overrides take precedence over your organization-wide defaults. Even if your admin has locked recording defaults at the org level (see Recording Preferences), you can still flip an individual meeting from the Schedule page.

Joining a meeting and adding the Copilot mid-call

Within five minutes of a meeting's start time and until it ends, two extra buttons appear on the meeting card:

  • Join meeting — opens the meeting link in a new tab.
  • Send copilot — adds the Glyphic Copilot to the meeting now, even if you'd previously opted not to record. After the Copilot joins, this button becomes Remove copilot, which kicks it out.

This is the right control for "I told it not to record, but actually I want it to" or vice versa.

Recording an ad-hoc meeting

For meetings that aren't on your calendar — a Slack huddle that turned into a sales call, an impromptu jam — click Record a new meeting… at the top right and paste the meeting URL into the modal. Glyphic supports Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. The Copilot will join shortly after.

Recording status badge

If you've used the Glyphic mobile or browser local recorder (see Glyphic on the Go), in-progress and pending uploads appear on the matching calendar event with a status badge:

  • Pending — the recording exists locally and is queued to upload.
  • Uploading… — actively uploading.
  • Uploaded — uploaded successfully.
  • Failed — upload failed; check your connection and retry.
  • Cancelled — the recording was cancelled before completing.

Empty states

  • No calendar connected — the page links you to Settings → Personal to connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Calendar connected but no upcoming meetings — you'll see a message confirming the integration is working and that you have nothing scheduled.

Stopping recording on a single meeting

Just click the green dot to flip it red. For full instructions, see Stop Glyphic from recording an upcoming meeting.
