The Calls Page

Last updated: April 19, 2026

The Calls page (Calls in the left navigation, app.glyphic.ai/calls) is the master list of every call Glyphic has captured for you and your organization. From here you can search, filter, and open any individual call, or upload a recording manually.

Tabs: All / Team / Your Calls

Up to three tabs appear, depending on your role:

  • All Calls — every non-private call in the organization (and any private calls you participated in). Requires the View others' calls permission.
  • Team Calls — calls involving people on your team (your manager, direct reports, and peers). Requires the same permission.
  • Your Calls — calls where you were a participant. Always available.

If you don't have View others' calls, only the Your Calls tab is shown. Your last-used tab is remembered across sessions.

The table

On wide screens you'll see six columns:

  • Call Title — with a status icon for processing state and a lock icon for private calls.
  • Tags — a preview of the call's tags. With more than three tags it collapses to "N tags" with the full list on hover.
  • Companies — chips for each linked company; click a chip to jump to that company.
  • Participants — up to three avatars, then a "+N" overflow.
  • Duration.
  • Date.

On narrower screens the table collapses to Call Title and Date only.

Calls are sorted by start time, newest first. Click any row to open the call. Cmd-click (or Ctrl-click) opens it in a new tab; right-click works as expected.

Search

The search bar at the top accepts one or more search terms. Each term must match for a call to be included. Search runs against:

  • Call title
  • Participant names and emails
  • Linked company names and domains
  • Tag names
  • Call language and status

Search does not run against transcripts. To search inside what was actually said on a call, use Ask Glyphic at the global scope (e.g. "Show me calls where pricing came up").

Filters

The filter sidebar has six sections you can collapse or expand:

  • Date — pick a custom range. Future dates are blocked.
  • Tags — filter by one or more call tags. Grouped tags use the group:tag form.
  • Insights — filter by Custom Insight values. Picklist insights show option pickers; free-text insights take a "contains" string. Numeric insights aren't filterable here. See Custom Insights.
  • Users — restrict to calls involving specific reps or teams. Only available on the All Calls and Team Calls tabs.
  • External only — hide internal-only meetings (calls where every participant is from one of your domains).
  • Completed only — hide calls that haven't finished processing yet.

The Date, Tags, and Insights filters are reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view of the calls list. Clicking a value in Strategic Insights deep-links here with the appropriate insight filter applied.

Pagination

The list pages in as you scroll: the first page loads 20 calls, then 10 at a time as you reach the bottom. There's no per-page count — just keep scrolling.

Uploading a call manually

If you have the Upload calls permission, the Upload call button at the top opens a form for uploading an audio or video file (MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, MP4, MKV). Set the call title and start time, submit, and Glyphic will process it the same as any other call. Once processed, you can edit participant names and emails on the call page so the call gets matched to the right contacts.

For full guidance, see How can I manually upload a call? and the bulk upload guidelines if you have many.

What you can't do from this page (yet)

  • Bulk actions — there's no multi-select for tagging, deleting, or sharing multiple calls at once. Tag and privacy changes happen on the individual call page.
  • CSV export — the call list itself doesn't export. Strategic Insights does export the data underlying its charts.
  • Sortable columns — the order is fixed to newest-first.

Privacy and access

Private calls don't appear in the All / Team tabs for users who weren't on them. They do appear in the Your Calls tab if you were a participant. Restricted users (no View others' calls permission) only see Your Calls, including any private calls they joined. For more on call privacy, see How can I make a call private?

What's on the call page itself

Once you click into a call, you get the recording, transcript, AI summary, tasks, Custom Insights, talk stats, and coaching scorecards — see The Call Page.
