The Deals Page

Last updated: April 19, 2026

The Deals page (Deals in the left navigation, app.glyphic.ai/deals) is your live view of every deal in your CRM, enriched with what Glyphic has learned from the calls and emails on each deal — qualification scores, deal warnings, recent activity, and the latest comment from your team.

It's the same data your CRM holds, with a layer of conversation-driven context on top. You can edit deal fields (stage, close date, forecast category) from here and the changes sync back to HubSpot or Salesforce.

Prerequisites

  • The Deals page requires a connected CRM. HubSpot and Salesforce are supported. With any other CRM connected, the page will tell you it's not supported.
  • Without a CRM connection, the page prompts you to connect one at Settings → Organizational → CRM.
  • Viewing the page requires the View others' calls permission. Inline editing of stage, close date, and forecast category requires the Edit CRM deals permission.

Two views: Board and List

Switch between views with the Board and List tabs at the top.

Board (Kanban)

  • One column per deal stage in the selected pipeline. If you've filtered by stage, only the selected stages appear as columns.
  • Cards are ordered by deal amount (highest first); deals without an amount sort last.
  • Drag a card to a different column to change the deal's stage. The change is written back to your CRM. There's a small drag-activation delay so single-clicks open the deal rather than start a drag.
  • Dragging a deal into a closed-won stage triggers a quick celebration.
  • Each card shows the company logo and name, deal name, amount, owner, close date, optional forecast category, qualification scores, and any deal warnings.
  • Click a card to open the company page with that deal selected.

List

A virtualized table of every deal matching your filters. Default columns include:

  • Overview — company logo + deal name (pinned left).
  • Owner.
  • Activity — a 30-day sparkline of calls, emails sent, and emails received.
  • Latest comment — most recent comment from your team, opens in a modal.
  • Warnings — see below (only when warnings are enabled for your org).
  • Last call / Next call.
  • Qualification — combined per-deal score across rubrics (MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED, etc.).
  • Stage, Close date, Amount, Deal type, Forecast category.

Click the gear icon on the right to toggle column visibility. Sorting and column visibility are persisted in your browser. Clicking any non-editable cell navigates to the company page for that deal; editable cells (stage, close date, forecast category) edit in place if you have the right permission.

Saved views

The bar at the top has tabs for Main view plus any saved views. Saved views capture a filter set so you can flip between, for example, "My open enterprise deals closing this quarter" and "Team pipeline this month" with one click.

Create a view via the + button next to the tabs. Each view has an Access level:

  • Personal — visible only to you.
  • Team — visible to your team.
  • Organization — visible to everyone.

The Main view's filters are remembered per browser; saved views remember theirs server-side.

Filters

The filter bar applies to both the Board and List views.

  • Close date — preset windows (this month, this quarter, this year, etc.), All time, or a custom range up to one year.
  • Owners — pick specific reps or whole teams. Owners must exist in both Glyphic and your CRM to appear here.
  • Pipeline — single-select. Switching pipeline clears the stage filter, since stages are pipeline-specific.
  • Stages — multi-select within the chosen pipeline.
  • Forecast categories — multi-select. Only appears when the loaded deals have categories.
  • Deal types — multi-select. Options are derived from your loaded deals.

The display-settings popover has a single toggle: Show deals with no calls. Turn it off to hide deals where Glyphic has no recorded conversations yet.

Stats and forecast bar

Above the deals, two summary rows update with your filters:

  • Deal stats — total, open, won, and weighted total (deal amount × stage probability).
  • Forecast stats — totals broken down by forecast category. Click a category to filter to only deals in that category; click again to clear.

Deal warnings

Closed deals are never warned about. For open deals, Glyphic surfaces:

  • Obstacles — when your obstacles rubric scores 1 or 2 out of 5, the rubric's headline is shown. Score 1 is severe, score 2 is moderate.
  • Overdue — the close date is in the past.
  • No activity in the last 14 days — no calls, emails, or meetings on the account.
  • No prospect activity in the last 7 days — emails the rep sent don't count, so a thread that's gone cold from the prospect's side still flags.

Brand-new accounts with no activity at all are deliberately not flagged for inactivity, so you don't drown in warnings the day you import a deal.

The Warnings column groups warnings by severity and shows them on each deal card and table row. Hover for the full list.

Qualification scores

Glyphic scores every account against the qualification rubrics that apply (MEDDPICC, SPICED, BANT, custom). Each rubric tag gets its own colored status icon on the card and table row, with the headline shown on hover. The combined Qualification column in the table sorts by the sum of rubric scores, so you can rank deals by qualification depth at a glance.

Qualification is computed from call content, not self-reported by the rep — see the Company page for the full breakdown per rubric.

Activity timeline

The Activity column is a 30-day sparkline. Each circle represents one day; circle size scales with volume. Three series are overlaid:

  • Calls (and meetings) in lime.
  • Emails sent in gray.
  • Emails received in pink.

Hover to see exact counts and date ranges.

Comments and @-mentions

Open the Latest comment cell on any deal to read the full comment thread, post a reply, or mention a teammate with @. Mentions notify the person under their notification preferences (see Notifications). You can edit and delete your own comments.

Comments are unavailable on deals that haven't been imported into Glyphic as a company. The button is disabled with a tooltip in that case — clicking the row triggers a one-time import.

Submitting a forecast

If forecasting is enabled for your organization, the Submit Forecast button at the top opens a side panel:

  1. The page filters to the current forecast period and your own deals.
  2. The List view gains row checkboxes; everything matching the period is selected by default (excluding categories that map to omit/closed/closed-won).
  3. The panel shows a stacked bar by forecast category, plus your quota and attainment if quotas are set.
  4. You enter amounts for each editable category and submit.

You need a CRM user account that matches your Glyphic email to submit a forecast — the button is disabled with a tooltip if not. For setup details, see Forecasting Setup and Forecasting.

Editing a deal

With the Edit CRM deals permission, three fields are editable directly from the table or the Kanban drag interaction:

  • Stage — drag a Kanban card or click the cell in the table.
  • Close date — click the cell.
  • Forecast category — pick from the CRM's available options.

Changes write back to your CRM via the same sync that powers the rest of the integration.
