Exporting Your Data from Glyphic

Overview

Whether you are migrating to another tool or want a backup of your call data, you can request a full export of your Glyphic data at any time.

We can provide a full CSV export of your data that includes everything you need. Just reach out to support@glyphic.ai to get started.

What is Included

Your CSV export will contain:

  • Call details — title, date, duration, participants, and associated companies

  • Full transcripts — complete text of every call

  • Recording links — links to download your call recordings (audio/video)

  • Insights — any values extracted from your calls

  • Tags — tags applied to your calls

How to Request an Export

Email support@glyphic.ai and let us know you would like a data export. We will prepare the file and send it over to you.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Download recordings promptly — Recording links expire after a period of time, so we recommend downloading them as soon as you receive the export.

  • Private calls — By default, the export includes non-private calls. If you need private calls included as well, just let us know when you make your request.
