Billing & Seats

The Billing page lives at Settings → Billing and is where admins manage seats and access the external Billing Portal for invoices and payment details.
Billing Portal
Click the ↗ icon next to the Billing Portal heading to open the external portal in a new tab. From the portal you can:
Download invoices.
Update billing details — company name, address, tax ID.
Update the payment method.
See your current and historical subscription terms.
The portal opens with a single-use session link generated when you click the button — no separate login is needed.
Seats
The Seats section lets you increase the number of seats on your subscription. To add seats:
Find the seat type you want to add (e.g. Recording, View-Only) — see User seats and roles for what each one does.
Use the Add seats input to pick a quantity. The marginal cost is shown immediately, accounting for any tiered pricing.
Click Add seats at the bottom.
Review the summary in the confirmation modal and click Confirm.
New seats are available immediately. You'll only be charged for the remaining days in your current service term.
Pricing display
Fixed pricing — a single per-seat price.
Tiered pricing — different per-seat prices for different seat-count ranges. The table shows each tier (e.g. 1–10 seats, 11–25 seats, 26+ seats) and its rate, plus any fixed fee.
The displayed price reflects your billing interval (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
Removing seats
The Settings → Billing page only adds seats. To reduce the seat count or change your subscription term, reach out to billing@glyphic.ai.
Permissions
Only Owners and Admins can access Billing.
FAQ
Will adding seats affect my next invoice?
You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current service term. The next full invoice reflects the new seat count.
What if I need a custom plan or different seat type?
Reach out to billing@glyphic.ai. We can configure custom pricing tiers, additional seat types, or non-standard billing intervals.
Why don't I see the Billing tab?
Billing is only visible to Owners and Admins. If you should have access, ask an existing Owner to check your role under Settings → Users.
