Dialpad Integration
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Glyphic can ingest phone calls recorded via Dialpad. Once connected, your Dialpad calls are processed just like any other conversation in Glyphic — with summaries, insights, scorecards, and tasks.
Connecting Dialpad
- Generate an API key in Dialpad. Follow Dialpad's instructions: Create an API key.
- Make sure the key is granted the following scopes:
- Recordings export
- Dialpad Meetings read
- Dialpad Meetings all
- List calls
- In Glyphic, go to Settings → Organizational → Call recorder.
- Click Connect next to Dialpad.
- Paste the API key into the modal and click Connect.
Once connected, Glyphic begins pulling new Dialpad calls and processes them as soon as they're available.
Disconnecting
To disconnect, open Settings → Organizational → Call recorder and click Disconnect next to Dialpad. Glyphic stops pulling new calls. Past Dialpad calls already in Glyphic remain accessible.
Permissions
Only admins can connect or disconnect Dialpad.
FAQ
Will Dialpad calls be matched to my CRM?
Yes — the same way native Glyphic calls are. Glyphic uses participant phone numbers and your calendar to match calls to Contacts, Companies, and Deals.
Can I limit which Dialpad calls Glyphic processes?
Glyphic ingests calls accessible to the API key. Manage which calls are recorded at the Dialpad side, and use Glyphic's Domain Settings to keep specific external domains out of analysis.
