SalesLoft Integration

Glyphic can ingest phone calls recorded via SalesLoft. Once connected, your SalesLoft calls are processed just like any other conversation in Glyphic — with summaries, insights, scorecards, and tasks.

Connecting SalesLoft

  1. Generate an API key in SalesLoft. Follow SalesLoft's instructions: API key authentication.
  2. Make sure the key has the following scopes:
    • Calls read
    • People read
    • Team read
  3. In Glyphic, go to Settings → Organizational → Call recorder.
  4. Click Connect next to SalesLoft.
  5. Paste the API key into the modal and click Connect.

Once connected, Glyphic begins pulling new SalesLoft calls and processes them as soon as they're available.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, open Settings → Organizational → Call recorder and click Disconnect next to SalesLoft. Glyphic stops pulling new calls. Past SalesLoft calls already in Glyphic remain accessible.

Permissions

Only admins can connect or disconnect SalesLoft.

FAQ

Will SalesLoft calls be matched to my CRM?

Yes — the same way native Glyphic calls are. Glyphic uses participant phone numbers and your calendar to match calls to Contacts, Companies, and Deals.

Can I limit which SalesLoft calls Glyphic processes?

Glyphic ingests calls accessible to the API key. Manage which calls are recorded at the SalesLoft side, and use Glyphic's Domain Settings to keep specific external domains out of analysis.
